1. About these terms
The website at dabbobi.com is operated by Kasuwa Integrated Services Limited, trading as Dabbobi, RC 9486525, 23 Palace Road, Oniru, Lagos, Nigeria ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These terms cover the website and the waitlist only. Buying and selling through the Dabbobi app will be governed by our marketplace terms, and our use of personal data by our privacy policy.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about Dabbobi's launch and onboarding. It does not create an account, guarantee access by any date, or commit you or us to any transaction. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing legal@dabbobi.com. Please give accurate details and only sign up for yourself or a business you represent.
3. Information on this website
Dabbobi is in development. The website describes the marketplace as we intend it to work at launch. Features, categories, availability and timing may change before or after launch, and nothing on the website is an offer to sell any animal, product or service.
We work to keep the website accurate, but it is provided for general information. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors, or that it will always be available.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- submit false information or someone else's details to the waitlist;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or our data, or interfere with how they work;
- use automated tools to submit forms or scrape content; or
- pretend to be Dabbobi or one of our team, or suggest a connection with us that does not exist.
5. Intellectual property
The Dabbobi name and logo, the design of this website, its text and its photographs are owned by or licensed to Kasuwa Integrated Services Limited. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reuse or adapt our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as news articles and our social media pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies each time you use the website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
